Once a unit has been installed or exposed to a bathroom environment, we cannot guarantee its hygiene integrity.
Just like with other sensitive products, safety comes first.

The product must be unused

The original packaging must be complete
If the seal is broken, the product has been installed, or it has been exposed to a bathroom environment, it cannot be returned.

The Installation Clause (Please Read Carefully)
Bidetwash provides the hardware only.
Installation is your responsibility.
We strongly recommend:

Performing a dry inspection upon delivery (check for visible damage before installation)

Returns are not accepted for:

If the product is installed, it is considered used.
Refund Structure

You will receive a full refund if:

Partial or No Refund

If the product cannot be resold as new due to hygiene or condition issues, no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping
